1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tfjili ("tfjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tfjili online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the tfjili Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by tfjili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players on tfjili.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of tfjili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by tfjili or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

tfjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of tfjili services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one tfjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. tfjili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tfjili login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. tfjili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

tfjili is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. tfjili may suspend withdrawal privileges pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tfjili accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your tfjili account upon confirmation from the payment provider.

tfjili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Philippine payment methods. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed tfjili's KYC verification process. tfjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the tfjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tfjili does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tfjili offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. tfjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus not used or wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.
• tfjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tfjili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generation

tfjili's RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology to determine game outcomes. Results are independently verified for fairness. tfjili does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games on tfjili are conducted by human dealers using physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice. Game outcomes are determined by physical actions and are not subject to computer manipulation.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, tfjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, tfjili cannot guarantee the continuation of any game session interrupted by technical issues beyond our control. tfjili's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games on the tfjili Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted by tfjili at any time. tfjili reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tfjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to tfjili immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the tfjili Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward tfjili staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tfjili Platform — including but not limited to the tfjili brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of tfjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tfjili Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tfjili content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on tfjili content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any tfjili software.
• Use the tfjili brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of tfjili intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by tfjili.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tfjili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tfjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tfjili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside tfjili's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.

The tfjili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tfjili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Privacy & Data

tfjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tfjili Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tfjili uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. tfjili does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

12.1 Suspension by tfjili

tfjili reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tfjili reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• Your account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to tfjili, other players, or third parties.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, tfjili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals in your account.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your tfjili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

tfjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tfjili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

In the event of a dispute between you and tfjili, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. tfjili is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent tfjili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
